CBRE today announced that it has been appointed the exclusive office leasing agent at 383 Main Avenue in Norwalk, CT, and subsequently secured a new lease at Class A
office complex. Evolve BioSystems, a private company dedicated to solutions for establishing, restoring and maintaining a healthy gut microbiome in infants, has committed to 10,000 square feet of office space in the 262,500 square foot property owned by GLIC Real Estate Holdings, LLC.
The CBRE team of Executive Vice President Tom Pajolek and Senior Vice President Ned Burns led the property’s rental campaign and represented the building owner in lease negotiations. Evolve BioSystems was represented by Adam Klimek of Cushman & Wakefield.
