These Gorgeous Portland Bar Bathrooms Are Practically Works of Art

A good drink has its charms, but it can’t stand the test of time like a great bathroom selfie. Norman bar When designing this laid-back neighborhood wine bar, owner Dana Frank got her hands dirty. At first glance, what looks like wallpaper in the bathroom is actually dozens of individual vintage wine crate labels tiled like a collage. 2615 Clinton Street SE —MN




pink bunny According to owner and operator Collin Nicholas, the neon-drenched bathrooms of this trendy Pearl District cocktail bar elicit regular screams from unsuspecting guests. Nicholas took over the space in 2021 and redesigned the whole thing, emphasizing a “bright, fresh, downtown Palm Springs” vibe that certainly extends to the guest. Subway tiles and beach photographs line the walls, palm leaf wallpaper covers the ceiling, and everything is bathed in alluring soft pink light. Selfie lovers, rejoice. 232 NW 12th Avenue —RC

Departure Floor-to-ceiling chrome and infinity mirrors carry the vibe of that rooftop restaurant spaceship into the restroom.
