Non-critical violations: Cardboard boxes containing food stored directly on the floor of the dry storage area and cold room. Missing and loose tiles on the main service line. Loose tile spaces retaining water. Light shields are not properly installed on the exhibition area.

Critical Offenses: In the refrigerator, packaged raw beef items are stored above the packaged ready-to-eat foods.

Non-Critical Infractions: Food Manager certification through an accredited program was not obtained. There is no verifiable record of the employee who has been made aware of their responsibility for reporting health issues. Clean-up procedures for a bodily fluid event were not available at the time of inspection. Chicken frozen at room temperature. The refrigerator does not have a thermometer. At the time of inspection, the cooks fry on a stove, the ventilation system is not available. The food permit is not displayed in plain view of customers.

Non-Critical Violations: There is a build-up of dark, mold-like substance inside the fountain nozzles. The single-use cup boxes were stored on the floor in the rear storage room. The facility is running out of disinfectant test strips.

Critical Infractions: A pineapple date storage container marked 9/10/21 in the walk-in refrigerator has molded itself.

Non-Critical Violations: Handwash sink drain hose is leaking in the food preparation area. One of the bar’s hand sinks and the hand washing sink for food preparation did not display an employee handwashing notice. The rear door to the food preparation area is kept open. The storage container for the wrapped bread is cracked in the corner and taped up. The circular floor fan lacks cleaning.

Non-Critical Violations: There is a build-up of dark, mold-like substance inside the ice maker and around the opening of the soda dispenser. The property lacks a refrigerator thermometer for the under-counter refrigerator, and the drive-thru refrigerator thermometer is broken. The disinfectant test strips have discolored and are no longer accurate. The permit is valid but is not displayed.
